More Soda Than a Pumpkin

by Thrall on March 17th, 2010

“If you are tired of the typical teen-vampire books geeks with a plot more soda than a pumpkin sure you’ll love it.”

Google Translate worked a number on the last line of the first Spanish-language review of and Falling, Fly. While Skye’s thrilled at having the book covered in Spain, and grateful to the blogger for the coveted ‘five paws’ rating, Skyler’s Pennsylvania education included no Spanish, and unfortunately, Thrall’s meager high-school Spanish training has leaked out his ears to such a degree that the lady at the taco truck actually laughs at him when he tries to order en Espanol.

Thankfully, Guiomar fromĀ Book Eater wrote to tell us what it REALLY means:

“If you are tired of the typical vampire books with a very simple plot, you are going to love it.”
